Subscription terms

These plain-language terms explain the TradeyFox subscription offer. The complete price and next payment date are also shown before Stripe checkout is confirmed and inside Plan and Billing.

The plan

TradeyFox Complete costs £60 per month for one organisation and includes 10 active internal users. Each active user above 10 costs £5 per month. Teams above 20 users, including office staff, may contact TradeyFox for tailored package pricing. Every current TradeyFox business feature is included. The subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled.

Additional users added during a billing period are prorated and charged on the next normal invoice. Deactivating a user stops that seat renewing, but does not create a refund or credit for the current billing period.

The founding 50% discount applies to the £60 base subscription only. Additional-user charges remain £5 per active user per month.

Fifteen-day free trial

A valid payment card is required before the trial begins, but £0 is charged when it starts. Stripe securely collects and stores the payment method; TradeyFox does not receive or store raw card details. The exact trial end and first payment date are shown before confirmation.

Founding Customer Offer

The first 100 eligible organisations that complete card-verified checkout receive 50% off their first three paid months. They pay £30 for each of those three monthly billing periods and then £60 per month until cancelled.

A founding place is reserved only when checkout completes and the card-verified trial starts. Creating an account or abandoning checkout does not reserve a place. The offer is limited to one per business. Once accepted, the advertised three discounted billing periods will be honoured even if the offer later closes to new organisations.

Automatic payments

Unless cancelled, Stripe automatically charges the saved payment method on each displayed billing date. TradeyFox will show the current subscription state and provide access to Stripe's billing portal for card updates and Stripe invoices.

Cancellation

The organisation owner can cancel renewal from Plan and Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period shown in the app. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling does not rewrite historical business records.

Failed payments and access

If a payment fails, the subscription may become past due while Stripe retries or the payment method is updated. TradeyFox will provide a billing-recovery route. Some paid office capabilities may be restricted if payment is not recovered, but records are not presented as deleted merely because a subscription is inactive.

Fair use and account responsibility

The organisation owner is responsible for authorised access, accurate account information and lawful use of the service. The founding offer must not be reclaimed through duplicate organisations created for the same business.

Changes

The founding offer can close to future registrations when its genuine availability ends. An accepted founding discount is not removed retrospectively. Material changes to the standard subscription price or these terms will be communicated before they affect an existing subscription.
